Enriched fruit drink can lower cholesterol

"Although system restore is a good feature, creating a system restore point every 10 hours or so, the files it stores can rapidly clog up your hard drive, thus reducing performance and space on your hard drive. The default space required by System restore is around 12% hard drive. Obviously this extra baggage may affect your system performance in critical conditions. So in that case you may clear system restore points to improve performance but you should be aware that, after you have deleted all your restore points, it is advisable to manually create a new restore point."
